A little history of how we got to this point.

Center Cross was founded in July of 2022 after God moved our church which was previously named Anchor Life Church from its previous location of over 25 years in the Inman area to Chesnee. This move prompted a complete rebrand and launch of our ministry.

With God leading the way in July 2022 we moved into the Chesnee Community Center and started praying that God would open up the door for us to build a new Church on 6 acers of land that we purchased in Chesnee. Then, in October of 2022 God opened up the door for a merger with Chesnee Free Will Baptist at their location to create a merger story that only He could create! This merger has truly been a blessing to not only the two churches but to our community as well. Since the merger we have seen tremendous growth not only in physical number of people attending our church but spiritually as well.

Our Mission:

At Center Cross Church, we are committed to serving our community and sharing the love of Christ. We believe that everyone is welcome in our church, and we strive to create a safe and inclusive space for all people.

What we can offer your family is a variety of ministries and programs for all ages, including Youth Group, Children’s Church, Men’s Group. Ladies Group, J.O.Y. Club (Just Older Youth for our senior citizens), Outdoor Ministry, GRAINS Ministry for those with special needs, Bible studies, and outreach programs with our Mission Team. Our ministries are designed to help our members grow in their faith and serve others in our community.
